Supported devices and browsers

PromptWise is a desktop application. Please use it on a laptop or desktop computer - there is currently no mobile version, and the interface is not designed for phone or tablet screens.

For the most reliable experience we recommend Google Chrome. Other modern browsers may work, but some features (such as the in-app chat and screen capture for support) can require additional browser permissions.
