Why was my prompt blocked?

PromptWise and its underlying model providers apply content-safety checks to prompts and reference images.

A block can come from our platform or the model provider - and providers differ: a prompt accepted by one model may be rejected by another.

Common triggers include depictions of real public figures, content involving minors in sensitive contexts, violence, adult content, and material flagged by a provider's own policy system.

Occasionally, safe prompts are blocked by mistake (false positives).
