A generation failed — what should I do?
- Retry once. Many failures are transient provider issues.
- Simplify — very long prompts, unusual aspect-ratio/reference combinations, or many references can exceed a model's limits.
- Try another model with the same prompt — if it works there, the issue is model-specific.
- Still failing? Contact support with the tool, model, prompt, and a screenshot.
Also check Assets before retrying — sometimes a generation completes even when the progress view showed an error.
