Reporting a bug well

The fastest path to a fix is a reproducible report. Include: the page/tool, the model, the exact prompt, quality/ratio settings, references used, a screenshot or recording, and whether it happens every time. If you can, note whether the same request works on another platform with the same model — that tells us instantly whether it's a model issue or a PromptWise issue.
