Reporting a bug well
The fastest path to a fix is a reproducible report. Include: the page/tool, the model, the exact prompt, quality/ratio settings, references used, a screenshot or recording, and whether it happens every time. If you can, note whether the same request works on another platform with the same model - that tells us instantly whether it's a model issue or a PromptWise issue.Few readersA generation failed — what should I do?
Retry once. Many failures are transient provider issues. Simplify - very long prompts, unusual aspect-ratio/reference combinations, or many references can exceed a model's limits. Try another model with the same prompt - if it works there, the issue is model-specific. Still failing? Contact support with the tool, model, prompt, and a screenshot. Also check Assets before retrying - sometimes a generation completes even when the progress view showed an error.Few readersThe page looks stuck or a result won't display
Refresh the browser tab first - completed work is saved server-side and will reappear. If a video plays as a black box or a node shows no output, refresh, then check Assets for the result. This is usually a browser-permission issue. Make sure your browser allows the site to run pop-ups and capture screenshots (used for attaching context to reports), try refreshing, or switch to Chrome. If the widget still won't open, you can email support.Few readers
